Canay Atalay is a keynote speaker and global cultural innovation strategist. She is the co-founder of Human Works, a company that tasks itself with creating learning programs and experiences that facilitate innovation in the fields of conscious learning, technology, sustainability and inclusiveness.
She is also the founder of Children First World, a ground-breaking movement pushing for the inclusion of children and a children’s first approach to design and innovation, and of awakening the inner child within all of us.
She provides leaders and their organizations to adopt a future-proof mindset in their business decision making, starting with human values with her Conscious Business Model methodology.
With her flamboyant and authentic style, she takes audiences on a journey to envision their roles and concrete actions, with a pragmatic and multidisciplinary approach to transform on an individual, organisational and societal level.
She leads the ‘Holistic Education NGO’ in Fenix Ibiza, creating awareness and learning programs about ecological and sustainable lifestyles. She is an ambassador of Socratic Design Academy, facilitating Socratic Dialogues to bring back the art of listening and critical thinking to fast changing world.
Canay has worked globally with over 60 brands from 18 industries, governmental agencies and academic institutions, including Bayer, BBVA, Coca Cola, Mastercard, Nike, P&G, Pfizer, Unilever, United Nations, Turkish Airlines and Vodafone. Previously, she worked as the country leader of Fjord, Design and Innovation by Accenture Interactive.
She holds a degree in Business Administration by Bogazici University, and in Organizational Leadership by Massachusetts’s Institute of Technology (MIT).
She is vegan, mother of two, and lives in Ibiza.
