Simon Torrance is CEO of London-based analyst and consulting firm, STL Partners, which specialises in business model innovation at the intersection of the telecoms, media and technology sectors. In 2005 STL Partners established the ‘Telco 2.0 Initiative’ to research and promote new telecoms business models and catalyse more effective industry transformation. In 2011 STL Partners launched the ‘New Digital Economics’ research and event series. Customers include many of the major telcos, mediacos and vendors worldwide and organisations such as the World Economic Forum. Simon has a Masters degree from Cambridge University.
